We were looking to revamp our employee evaluations when the question came up as to their legitimacy in actually evaluating/improving workplace performance. We believe it to be a common practice that eventually leads to improved performance but how do we know? In that vein, we have created a small survey to lend some credibility to the employee eval process or send it packing and develop something else.
