The countdown has begun for presenting at the Oregon APCO/NENA Conference on October 21st - We are extremely excited for the sponsorship of Combix 911 Specialists for providing each attendee a copy of Stop Workplace Drama! http://www.combix911.com/

Have you ever heard…“That’s not my job! I don’t get paid to do that! That’s not fair. Judy just called in sick at the last minute! “
Complaining, back-stabbing, manipulation, tattling, and power struggles can make even the best manager want to throw in the towel. Negativity spreads like a virus and impacts the productivity, well-being and culture.

Nowhere is the impact of drama more dangerous than in public safety. Internal drama puts you at risk for more than just a headache. Loss of focus can lead to a lawsuit, or even a lost life. When you already deal with the public’s drama, you don’t need it at work.

This is a content-rich workshop where I share of my insights as an industry peer and manager who used the Stop Workplace Drama methods to transform my 911 center. This is not a boring lecture or canned presentation! This workshop packs a punch offering real-life examples from the world of public safety and 911. Participants are invited to engage in lively group discussions to discuss their managerial concerns and get solutions and practical ideas right on the spot. Real-world application for today’s leader in the public safety and 911 field.

This program is available as a breakout, half day or full day format. If interested in getting in your area, call 252.678.3788 or email heather@stopworkplacedrama.com.

I am excited for the opportunities to meet colleagues from across the country and share this work. This work is truly changing the way we think about leadership and putting an end to the philosophy, "leave home at home, and work at work." - When we invest more money into technology and software, bypassing the growth of our peers, we are moving in an unbalanced direction.
