No-Drama Leadership Is Finally Here!!

By Heather Joyner posted 05-05-2015 09:37

I am so excited that today, No-Drama Leadership has officially launched. It has been a true honor and a great privilege to work and learn from such a wise mentor. I met the work of Marlene Chism after reading her first book, Stop Workplace Drama in 2012, shortly after, I met her in person when I contracted her for leadership development with me and my staff. From there, I was hooked! This body of work changed my life in so many ways, surpassing what I thought was my leadership potential. I am thankful for the journey and growth, and the willingness of Marlene to certify me for bringing this work into the industry of public safety. What a gift!

I am honored that Marlene chose my story to be profiled in her book. I'd love to gift this chapter to you. Please know that with willingness and drive anything is possible. You can read my story here!

In my career of directing in 911 communications I have seen tremendous growth and budget spent on improving the environment of the profession, but little to grow our fellow man in the profession. I am so hoping to change this. Leadership development and succession planning is my passion, and I am thankful to have such a great mentor and friend to support me and coach me through my goal of consulting in these areas to reduce the headaches and drama this can and will cause when there are no processes or support in place.

If you are wanting something more for yourself or your profession, I highly recommend you read both books, Stop Workplace Drama and No-Drama Leadership to get you started.

If you decide to buy the books, take the opportunity to meet the author... see details below:

Get the book and sign up for your complimentary virtual “Meet the Author” teleseminar

There’s a bully in your workplace. There’s a manipulator who stirs the pot. There’s a poor performer who never really steps up to the plate. People bicker, argue, slack off, arrive late, make excuses, and blame each other. It’s enough to drive any leader crazy.

Why do people do what they do?

Because it’s allowed.

When people call me it’s for one primary reason: they want the drama to stop. They keep focusing on their problem employees, the bad behaviors, and the ineffective performance. The real problem is the leader is looking in all the wrong places.

To take advantage of the complimentary “Meet the Author” to learn how to apply the No-Drama Leadership approach in public safety simply follow the steps below:

Step 1: Buy the book.

Step 2: click here to register!
