Stop Workplace Drama Leadership Forum

Leadership is never as easy as it looks. No matter how strong the work-ethic, or how great the technical performance, leaders at almost every level experience some of the same challenges.

Do any of these issues sound familiar?

  • The star employee isn’t “playing well” with others
  • Misunderstandings resulted in lost business
  • Difficult conversations are avoided due to fear or time factors
  • Inheriting a poor performer who has tenure or seniority
  • Emotional stressors of being asked to do more with less
  • Navigating through the resistance of unwanted change
  • Overcoming the “Us versus Them” mentality
  • Ineffective front line supervisors
  • The open door has become a revolving door

You Are Not Alone

These are the common problems, and the common conversation of past leadership forums. There’s a reason: Many agency's invest heavily in technology training, but very little on giving leaders the critical skills and support needed in today’s high pressure, high-stress work environment. As a result even seasoned leaders want to throw in the towel. It’s common to become complacent, burned out, or to doubt your leadership abilities. We are changing that!

However, hold on to your seat because this forum is content rich with lots of learning, intellectual stimulation, conversation and personal growth. No matter what industry, if you are a director, administrator, owner or president, you don’t want to miss this event. We meet you where you are to dialogue about issues important to you.
