We are going to have all of the big 4 telephone companies getting us Text to 9-1-1, three are already providing it and we have T Mobile yet to provide. We have not gone public with the information yet until everyone provides the service. I am looking for a model policy for dispatch in reference to handling TEXT to 9-1-1 calls and would appreciate getting copies of your policy if you would not mind sharing.
