Public Safety Communications Leader with more than 30 years of combined experience in the disciplines of Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement. Responsible for overseeing the daily operation of a Regional Emergency Communications PSAP, serving nine different public safety agencies. Published a graduate thesis in March 2017 titled "Next Generation 9-1-1: Policy Implications of Incident Related Imagery on the Public Safety Answering Point". Serves on a number of national 9-1-1 and federal public safety communications committees and workgroups.
