Bio

I have been in the 911 communications field since 2007. I started in a large department as a call taker/dispatcher, and was promoted to lead dispatcher about one year after being hired. There I was involved in policy making, training for new and current employees and public outreach. I was hired in 2014 by a smaller department with the task to combine their police and fire communications, where I was also responsible for policies, training and public outreach as well as systems manager for our CAD and Networking systems. After getting the combined communications center up and running I was looking for a new challenge, so I applied and was hired by the City of Cambridge as the Assistant Director of Administration and Training. In Cambridge my focus was on training, budgeting and policy making. In December of 2021 I accepted a new challenge as the Executive Director of Nashoba Valley Regional Dispatch District (NVRDD). At NVRDD I continue to strive for excellence and fiscal competency.
