I have been in public safety since January of 2001. I began my career in law enforcement and after serving 4 years as a full - time commissioned law enforcement officer, I moved to my current position with the Rapides Parish 911 Communications Center. I have been here since June 2006 and began as a CEO 1. I have moved up the ladder to be promoted to CEO 2 and have developed and implemented a new training program at my center. I have since been promoted to the CTO coordinator for my agency and continue developing monthly in - service training courses and continue working on training standards from my agency.
