Our agency was so pleased to have been awarded our P33 Certification at this year's conference! We are the first agency in New Mexico and we are very proud. Many, many hours went into this task and we still cannot believe it is "complete". Or is it?
We are now looking at each other and wondering "What is next?" We know there are recertification factors and we will, of course be working on those. But what can we begin working on now to enhance training and performance and keep moving forward. We can't rest now!
