After serving over 24 years in the US Army began as a Police Officer/Dispatcher in 2006 at Fort Hood Texas.. Then in 2008 was promoted to a shift Lead Emergency Service Dispatcher for the Fort Hood 911Center. The call center receives call volume of over 60,000 911 calls monthly. I am trained and certified in Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) system, DoD Telecommunicator I/II, and DoD Hazardous Materials Awareness. Produces Standard Operating Guidance(SOGs) and training manual for training new section personnel in the Communications Training Officer (CTO) program. In my off time I help with the Special Olympics Athletics program for the local school district.
