Patrick Botz has been a key figure in the public safety communications industry for more than a decade, serving in a variety of operational, consultant and managerial roles. As Director of Quality Improvement at VPI, he is responsible for working with hundreds of public safety organizations throughout the world to help them reliably capture, evaluate and improve their mission-critical communications.
