I have worked in public safety for 23 years. I have two children who are doing amazing things for themselves and my husband is a retired Toledo Police officer. My husband and I have 2 dogs that take up most of our time. Starting out, I was a telecommunicator specializing in call taking and law dispatch. I started training call takers and dispatchers after 2 years of employment and a few year later began training new call taker classes. After 18 years I was promoted to a law supervisor and recently we went through a large consolidation where I was promoted to the Law Trainer and Quality Assurance Specialist.
