I started my career in dispatch while attending classes for EMT Basic. I loved dispatching so much, I left the ambulance service to take a job as a Full time 9-1-1 dispatcher. Have have been a 9-1-1 dispatcher since 1999. I have a passion for the job and a passion to learn and educate others.
