I started my dispatching journey in 2003 in the City of Farmers Branch. I worked there for 10 years. I learned from some of the best teachers and co-workers. I left Farmers Branch to work closer to home to spend more time with my family. I then went to work at the Town of Prosper. It was a smaller community and department. I loved every second of it, but was ready for a change and larger department after five years. I then went to the City of Denton. I have been here for over five years and I love it. I started working as a dispatcher, promoted to a supervisor position and now serve at the TAC and QA supervisor.
