QAE (Quality Assurance Evaluator) Requirements

We have a committee in place who are working on a CQE (Call Quality Evaluation) form.  Our next step is to try and find out what other agencies may have in place for their QAE.  What are the requirements for your QAE and how do you select them?  If anyone has any suggestions, I would be ever so greatful.  Thanks in advance. APCO has an ANSI Standard APCO ANS 3.106.1-2013 Core Competencies and Minimum Training Standards for Public Safety Communications Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAE). This document is available in PDF on the APCO website under Standards. This would be a good place for you to gather the information you need.
