Started as police officer 1971. Served as a patrol officer, traffic safety specialist, Shift supervisor, Asst. Chief and Chief of Police in two different departments.
Servered as a Community Policing Training Specialist 1996 and 1997.
Served with current agency since 1997 leading a joint communications center for St. Charles County, MO Fire and EMS services.
APCO certified Instructor and have taught at various agencies and conferences since 1984.
Served various postitions in the Missouri Police Chiefs Association including President.
Served various positions in the Missouri APCO Chapter including secretary, vice president and president. I have also served on training committee and as Conference Chairman.
Currently I am also a Founding Partner in RTS Group LLC, which is a public safety training partnership.
