A second generation dispatcher, dedicated to the vocation for the past 20+ years. Bachelor of Science recipient from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville Criminal Justice Program. Career started in a single seat dispatch center in 1993, transitioned to Dane County Public Safety Communications, a consolidated center in 1997. Worked ground up, promoted in 2003 to Communications Supervisor, 2008 to Operations Manager. Moved 1 hour east on I-94 to Waukesha County in 2013 to oversee Communications, Emergency Management, and Radio Services as the Director of Emergency Preparedness.
