I retired from my position as the Dispatch Training Coordinator with the Town of Waterford, CT, after 31 years of service (1988-2019).
After a period of reflection and self-evaluation, I decided to continue pursuing my passion for promoting and honoring Dispatchers and the vital role they play in Public Safety.
My strength lies in my 31 years of experience as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher, Public Safety Trainer, and Administrator. My mission is to use this knowledge to cultivate and inspire those behind the headset to be the best they can be on every call! I aim to stay strong, lead by example, and keep responders safe while they serve the public to the best of their ability. This is our goal every day.
