I am a Microwave/RF Transmission Planner with thirty four years of combined domestic and international experience in the Cellular Industry contributing to the successful launch of 2G, 3G, and 4G startup projects in Europe, Asia, and in North America. I have held positions of management, project management, Microwave Point-to-Point/Multipoint Transmission Planning, and Microwave Spectrum Clearing. Created Transmission Planning Guidelines for the Viag Interkom Corporate office in Munich Germany (now Telefornica/O2) and in the US for the T-Mobile Western Region Office in Concord, California. Served as a contributing member of the RF Team at Mobile Systems International responsible for the creation of technical specifications for the Software tool Planet. I was Born and raised in Oregon, Graduated from Jefferson High School and later served 6 Years in the U.S. Army as a 26V Microwave Systems Repair Technician. Studied Electronic Engineering at Chemeketa Community College in Salem, Oregon and Business at City University based out of Bellevue, Washington.
