The PA APCO Board is pleased to announce a free one-day training with Dave Larton, First Contact 911. The training is being held at three different locations in Pennsylvania. November 10th - Fayette County EMA Annex, November 12th York County Emergency Services Center, and on November 14th at the Lackawanna County Center for Public Safety.
We have opened our statewide training up to surrounding state APCO members. The closing date to register is November 3, 2014.
Dave will be doing a “Building Blocks” session this year for PA APCO, which will include four 2 hour-long training segments. The topics to be covered will be Crisis Communications, Active Shooter, 911 Ethics Liability and Customer Service.
