We have used Medical Priority for EMD since 1980 and EFD since its start up in 2001.  We added Pro QA in 2002 and it met with considerable resistance.   However, after the learning curve and it became comfortable to use, the dispatchers highly recommend it.

Hi,
I have worked with priority dispatch in the past, and loved it. Currently our center does nothing, and I am trying to convince the commissioners that it is more of a liability NOT to have it. Do you have any recommendations that may help me with this?
