TTY/TTD Training

I am looking for a powerpoint or training material to use to teach our new dispatchers and a refresher for our current dispatchers on how to use the TTY/TTD. Also looking for stardard drop messages, other than the standard "where is your emergency", used on the telephone systems that are used for a TTY/TTD call.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Not sure how much TTY/TTD operations your center gets, I've been working going on 13 years and have not received any TTY/TTD calls. We practice it everyweek, However I have gotten numerous calls from video relay services, primarily Sorenson VRS.
