911 Center Survey

The Milwaukee Police Department is conducting a study to see how other agencies run their 911 Operations Centers.

We would appreciate your feedback on the below survey that contains 20 questions.

Also, we are curious to see if any other agency has a City Ordinance that deals with pocket / butt dial calls. For example, if someone accidentally dials 911 from their cell phone more than 5 times in 30 days, they can be issued a citation in the amount of $100.
