We have two types of wireless headset jacks in our office. We LOVE the Plantronics star tec (the small square box). It has a great range allowing the dispatchers to move about our center. Unfortunely Plantronics no longer makes these and getting batteries is now impossible purchase. Our chargers have one by one died of old age. The second is the "long stick" type plantronic--my dispatchers HATE it. It doesn't have the range (about half of the other configuration)..is not comfortable to wear/attach to your person..hard to key..the keying gets stuck and we have open mikes, the batteries don't last as long (only about half the time of our poor batteries on the other type of set.) So I am looking for a replacement for these headset--it needs to be a double prong..any help would be appreicated..
