Law Enforcement Call Processing Standards

I'm creating Dispatch Standards for my center but, since a majority of my career was with Fire/EMS, I'm familiar with those standards  (i.e.: 60 seconds to create an incident from the time the phone is answered to the fire/EMS unit being notified.) Does anyone have similar call processing and/or dispatching standards for law enforcement units? Or at least point me in the right direction?
