Good Afternoon, I am a Lead Public Safety Dispatcher for the Tucson Fire Department and I have been tasked with finding industry standards for the number of hours a dispatcher should be scheduled for a shift and the recommendation for the minimum time off between shifts. If any one has information on this it would be greatly appreciated.
