Hello everyone,
It is budget time for us! WE have been tasked with doing some research on other Florida agency pay scales as it relates to Communications and City call centers.
Can anyone provide me with their job descriptions and pay scales for these positions?
We are trying to justify pay scale re-alignments to remain consistent with other agencies.
Any help would be appreciated! We need this information as soon as possible, as our first assessment is next week.
