Translation Services

By Frank Kiernan posted 12-10-2010 15:31

Currently our State provides Translation Services for 911 calls only.  Is there anyone out there using a Translation service for Non-emergency callers or for interview purposes??  If you could let me know the name of the service and any contact information you have.  I am looking into this so that we can stop having to call spanish speaking officers of the road to translate thus tying up 2 resources on a single incident.
