Complimentary Webinar - Stop Workplace Drama in Public Safety

By Heather Joyner posted 07-06-2016 08:24

Does this sound the least bit familiar?
That’s not my job! I don’t get paid enough to do that! That’s not fair. Has your open door become a revolving door of negativity and complaints? You already deal with the public’s drama. You don’t need workplace drama!

Nowhere is the impact of workplace drama more dangerous than public safety. Every day you handle life or death situations while Big Brother watches every move. If anyone messes up, you are subject to litigation.

Leaders who work in public safety communications experience mental stress, burnout, and a higher threat for turnover due to the nature of this high-stress profession and work environment. The 24/7 monitoring, the potential for law suits, and the challenges of dealing with life and death situations are a few of the many concerns that occur on a daily basis. It is imperative to build a no-drama workplace.

In this lively webinar, consultant, international speaker and author, Marlene Chism shows you how to get to the root of drama before drama translates to poor morale, absenteeism, and turnover.

Your co-host Heather Joyner joins Marlene to share her insights as an industry peer and 911 Director who used the Stop Workplace Drama methods to transform her 911 center. Heather is also a nationally certified instructor of the Stop Workplace Drama methodology.
