Our Policy requires all Hang-up calls to be recontacted and screened for response. If we are able to talk to a party, things we look for are: CAD History (Domestics, etc.) at address, caller's demeanor, Sex of caller vs. Name on ALI screen (i.e., Phone listed to female but male answers and denies any problem). Cars are sent automatically if no contact can be made via phone.
