I would like some information (SOP's) on cell phones inside the 911 center.  If anyone is willing to share policies on this I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks, Jennifer e911dir@millercountyga.com

Sherburne County does not allow cell phone usage by our dispatchers while in the dispatch center, they must be powered off or silenced and put away. This was found to be a huge distraction to duties when dispatchers were talking and texting on cell phones while on calls.
