Customer Service Policy

I am June Beckett with the Cabell County 911 Center in Huntington WV. Our agency is in the process of adopting a Customer Service Policy. If there are any other agencies that would like to share their Customer Service Policies, please email them to me at jbeckett@ccerc911.org.

We actually have several policies which relate to Customer Service. I'll quote some here, otherwise I'm happy to send them to you.
2.2700 Courtesy.
Each employee shall be courteous, professional, and helpful in all contacts with customers, coworkers,
guests, supervisors and others. Rudeness will not be tolerated.
