Public Safety Leadership

I still cannot believe that of all the professions within public safety that dispatch is the one most ignored or forgotten when it comes to training the leaders. We have CTO, FTO, and similar training programs across the board for all in police, fire, paramedics and corrections. Yet, there are no training programs for leaders in dispatch.

I know first-hand that rising through the ranks is tough if you "take after" or model your leadership after another whose tactics do not fit your style or they just plain don't work.

If you want to know what the trends are for Leadership in tomorrow's world of next generation leadership, it's not all "touchy-feely" and it's not "my way or the highway" rather a blend of taking charge, making decisions and being a better problem-solver.

I've developed the perfect Boss Training Program involving situational leadership theory and flexible leadership theory. The principles and skill sets that you master while you experience a live, reality event will stay with you and be "fitted" to your style and delivery.

Speaking as a former boss, I can honestly say that the time is now for all of public safety leadership to step up and take a clear, honest, and dedicated stand to the future of emergency communications. Otherwise, it will be outsourced too!

Anyone ready to lead stronger and better YOUR way? Let's go!

To find out more about my leadership boot camp reality adventure, where 2 people can experience this event for less than $900.00 each (includes coaching, training, 6 day/5 nights at the Palazzo luxury hotel and luxury xportation to/from the airport in Las Vegas) - see the link www.KRRproductions.com or email me for a flyer and brochure that explains the grueling 5-day schedule! :)
