APCO International's official kick-off for this year's NPSTW activities will be held with a press conference in New Castle, DE at the RECOM 9-1-1 center (a joint center between New Castle County police, fire, EMS and the Delaware State Police) on Monday, April 12. The APCO Executive Committee is hosting this event and it will feature proclamations being presented by the Lt. Governor of Delaware and other officials. Will post a picture following the event.
