Our department is exploring scheduling ideas. We currently have 20 dispatchers (including 3 supervisors). We work 8 hour days, 5,2,4,2, with a supervisor on each shift. We are exploring 10-12 hour days, or other 8 hour day rotations without working 5 days in a row. Any thoughts or schedules anyone can share? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
