Good afternoon,
I am looking to see if any agency is using or has used a TELEX ADHB-4 radio that is integrated with your phone system. We had one installed in July of this year and randomly the TELEX radio will shut down and restart causing any radio traffic or phone call to be dropped.
Example.
We had a dispatcher on 911 and the TELEX radio shut down and restarted causing her to lose the call, we were able to jump on the 911 phone call from another position. When this occurrs we can not communicate over the radio either.
Any information you can provide we would appreciate it.
