  • Scheduled outage

    As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services to you,our vendor has scheduled a planned system outage. They will be performing routine maintenance and making system improvements on all Connected Community sites. We do apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this might cause you. The outage is scheduled at a time where we anticipate light site traffic and hope to minimize a disruption in service to our members. The schedule outage will begin on December 30th starting at 12p.m. EST and is planned for up to 12 hours.
