Free Workshops in Albuquerque - Earn 4 CDE Hours

The APCO Institute invites you and your staff to attend our FREE workshops hosted by the Bernalillo County Emergency Communications Dept. in Albuquerque. The Institute is an approved vendor for training, guide cards and software in the state of New Mexico. The workshops include lunch and three hours of continuing education training on Quality Assurance Concepts.

9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.  About APCO
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.    CDE – Quality Assurance Concepts
The Institute is offering two sessions per day and lunch is provided.

Morning Workshop:

• Training Opportunities
• Guide Cards for EMD, Law Enforcement, and Fire
• 9-1-1 Adviser Software
  All components are inclusive of EMD, Law Enforcement and Fire.

Afternoon Workshop:

• Breaking down the myths of QA/QI
• Quality Planning and Methodologies
• Standards and Liability in Quality Programs
• Building a Performance Evaluation Program
• Feedback and Coaching
• Surveys and Analysis
