I have been a part of telecommunications over 15 years. I was hired as a floor level telecommunicator, I promoted through the ranks to shift supervisor. Then again to the Training / QA Coordinator for Johnson County Indiana. I have a strong passion for the training aspect of this profession and a desire to continue to educate not only myself but to our entire center.
