Public Safety Coordination Center - CSX Transportation Railroad Police
I currently work for CSX Railroad as a Public Safety Coordination Specialist. I am fortunate to work with a team of dedicated professionals who are responsible for coordinating emergency and non-emergency communication incidents within the CSX network. We coordinate emergency response efforts to ensure the safety and welfare of individuals and the protection of CSX assets. The PSCC manages the company's response to incidents of Public Safety, Employee Safety, and Community Affairs. Our mission as One-CSX is to ensure that our company is the safest and most progressive North American Railroad, relentless in the pursuit of customer and employee excellence.
I began my career in law enforcement in Public Safety Communications which has spanned over 25 years of experience.
My goal as a team member of the PSCC is to work with others and help others toward achieving a common goal. Leadership is a title or position, but a mindset to effectively serve others with actions and attitude.
