I have been in the Public Safety field for the past 16 years. I started in a small joint communications center in Missouri and now I manage the police communications section in Surprise Arizona. I enjoyed working as a call-taker, radio dispatcher, and communications supervisor for the past 15 years and now I'm fortunate enough to have the opportunity to share my knowledge and coach the Public Safety operators of the present and future in my new management position.
My first training course was the APCO 40 hr basic dispatch course and I am proud to be a part of their community. I look forward to the many contacts at a local, state and national level and the various opportunities that will come my way being involved through APCO.
