I have been a 911 Dispatcher since 2013 and a 911 Shift Supervisor since 2022, with that time split between 2 agencies (both county-wide primary PSAPs, dispatching Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMS). Additionally, I have worked part time in a regional health network's communications center dispatching security and ground/helicopter EMS units. Outside of dispatch I am an EMT.
I am a CTO and also an APCO Agency Instructor for PST, EMD, and CTO courses. I attained my ENP in 2021 and RPL in 2022.
I am the Vice Chair of APCO's Young Professional Committee and a member of the Agency Training Program Committee.
