I have 10 years experience working on the comroom floor as a Call Receiver, Dispatcher and then Supervisor for Police, Fire and Medical. During my time as a CR and Dispatcher, I obtained my CTO certification and trained both on the floor and in the classroom. As a Supervisor, I had a leadership role in transitioning our scheduling system for over 100 employees from paper to an online cloud system. I currently work as a QA/QI independent contractor for my previous agency. I review individual calls against industry standards, analyze data points and create monthly reports that provide trend insights and training focus areas. I have a really awesome Husband, two really cool kiddos, two cats and a dog.
