Hi, I’m Marshall Dean, a dedicated Training Coordinator at the Santa Fe Regional Emergency Communications Center. A proud native of Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico, I began my journey in public safety shortly after graduating high school in 1996. With nearly three decades of experience, I’ve developed a strong passion for building data-driven training programs that empower teams and deliver measurable results.
My approach to training is rooted in real-world experience and a commitment to continuous improvement. I believe that effective training is the foundation of operational excellence in emergency communications, and I strive to create learning environments that are engaging, practical, and impactful.
Outside of work, I’m a proud father of four and enjoy spending quality time with my family. I’m an avid outdoorsman who finds peace and adventure in hunting, fishing, and exploring the wilderness. I also have a love for motorsports and mud racing, and I enjoy experimenting with new recipes while out in nature.
