I stumbled into dispatching six years ago after working as the editor of a local newspaper. I have been described as bubbly and energetic and enjoy the twists and turns of telecommunications. Our communication center is still a single dispatcher on duty and there are 5 of us working rotating shifts. We have working supervisors and dispatch for several agencies within the county.
