After working for several years in the field as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), I began my career in 911 as a Telecommunicator with Milwaukee Police in 2000. After some moving around for the family and working in different centers, I came back to Milwaukee on the Fire side in 2013. I was promoted to Fire Dispatch Senior in 2019 and help oversee the smooth running of the shift that I'm working.
I completed the Registered Public Safety (RPL) class through APCO, in June 2022. I completed NENA's CMCP in February 2023. I am working on my next goal, Emergency Number Professional (ENP) with goals of completing in 2023.
