Began in Public Safety in 1978 and promoted to Senior Emergency Operations and again promoted to Chief Greene County Emergency 9-1-1 Operations.
Was certified NYSPIN Agency Instructor and E-Justice Champion instructor and Terminal Agency Coordinator for both.Received Nims 100,200,700 and Terrorisam Awarness.Agency instructor for Emergency Medical Dispatch. My responsibility included but not limited to Staffing and scheduling, coordinating training and supervising the day to day operations of the 9-1-1 center . Implementing all policies and developing SOP's. Assisted in the developent and creating CAD and computerized Telephony County Console Dispatch system.Now retired after 31 years in 9-1-1. Past Chief Catskill Volunteer Fire Department , current member of 37 years.
